The Connection Manager Administration Kit (CMAK) is a tool that you can use to predefine connections to remote servers and networks. To create and customize a connection for the users who use the CMAK wizard. Remote Access Server Role has to be installed.
Call the “Connection Center Administration Kit”
Choose the correct type of your destination System
Here you can choose to modify an existing profile or create a new one. We create a new one.
Give the profile a name and a filename. The filename does not have to be longer then eight characters. A surprising relict from old DOS times?
If necessary provide a realm
Here you can merge your new profile with exisiting profiles.
A phone book is a collection of access numbers that users can dial to connect to a remote dial-up network. A phone book file can be automatically updated each time the user connects with this profile.
